August was another exciting month for the Stimulant team. We shared our latest completed project, spoke at an event, announced an exciting new collaboration, and we were awarded a place on Inc. 5000's list of Fastest Growing Companies for the second year in a row!

Of course we always make time to discover new and interesting work. Here are our favorite finds from August:1. AquaTop turns a bath into an interactive hub. We love how the natural behavior of water is leveraged in the UI design.

2. Aireal, a new project from Disney Research, let's you "feel" the digital world.

3. The prototype technology that can turn any surface into an interactive touch screen is out of beta and available for pre-orders. This technology was created by the start-up Ubi with a Microsoft Kinect for Windows sensor.

4. Artist James Houston makes beautiful music with dead media including a SEGA Mega Drive, Commodore 64, floppy disk drives, and hard drives.

5. Get ready to lose the rest of the afternoon with a Fuzzy Wobble dance party.
